Bentley’s – good burger, good price

The hamburger as we know it today dates back more than one hundred years to the US and it has been in a constant change of evolution. When I first moved to Spain, hamburgers were anything but good. An ackward piece of debatable meat between two slabs of bread and nasty ketchup was what you got when you ordered a burger. Through the years, we have evolved as has our appreciation for the patty. Since it is no surprise that I am a hamburger fan, I am always on the hunt for “the one”. I recently visited Bentley’s on Alcala Street and although it isn’t “the one” it is a very good hamburger.
